This greenery wall makes a statement on its own or can be paired with one of our organic balloon garlands for a custom look. This rental is designed to be clean, elevated, and photo-ready. Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ FULL POLICY This is a summary only. By submitting payment, you agree to our full booking, rental, and installation policies listed on the service page and checkout form. BOOKING & PAYMENT A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your date. The booking fee is the deposit and secures your event on our calendar. Your date is not confirmed until payment is received. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event. All payments are non-refundable due to custom design and date reservation. GRAB & GO Grab & Go installs are pre-assembled and ready for pickup during your selected window. Client is responsible for transport and setup unless on-site install is added. ON-SITE INSTALLATIONS For on-site installs, Balloon Babe will deliver and professionally install at the agreed time/location. Setup area must be cleared and accessible upon arrival. RENTALS Balloons are yours to keep. Rental equipment (stands, frames, shimmer walls, panels, etc.) must be returned in original condition by the agreed time. A valid card is required on file. Damaged, missing, or late items will be charged to the card on file.
